To make your Park visit easier and more enjoyable, here is what to expect.
On receiving your details, a helpful sales team member will call you within 24 hours to check these details and confirm the date and time of your visit. They will also confirm directions to the Park and answer any initial questions you may have.
The day of your visit is finally here! Arrive at the Park and go to the Owners Exclusive Reception or Caravan Sales Office. You’ll be met by one of our experienced team members who know everything about the Park, the surrounding area and what it means to be a Holiday Home Owner! You’ll then take a fun and informative Park tour, finding out more about the Park, experiencing the facilities and entertainment, meeting the team and having all your questions answered.
If a Holiday Home Ownership lifestyle appeals to you you’ll be shown our extensive range of new and pre-owned Holiday Homes. We’ll tailor the viewings to match your budget, as well as your personal location preferences.
Bring proof of your address and signature with you to your visit just in case. This will speed up the process if you decide you want to join us. The paper work is carried out on the Park - becoming an Owner is simpler than you think. This is confirmed in a welcome meeting for each new Owner with the Park's General Manager.
